This page describes how Noventus Systems AB processes personal data submitted through noventus.se and noventus.com.

What we collect

Only what you provide in the contact form: your name, email address and, if you complete them, phone number, company, company registration number, your areas of interest and your message.

We use no third-party analytics and set no cookies for marketing or tracking. Visitor statistics are collected with a self-hosted, cookie-free solution that does not identify individual visitors.

Purpose and legal basis

The data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and for the correspondence that follows. The legal basis is legitimate interest, or performance of a contract and pre-contractual steps where your enquiry concerns a business relationship.

Who has access

The data is handled by Noventus employees who need it in order to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes.

Retention

The data is kept for up to one year after your enquiry has been handled, and is then deleted. If the contact leads to an agreement, the data is instead processed within the scope of that agreement.

Your rights

You have the right to request a copy of your data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, and to object to or request restriction of processing. Contact us at info@noventus.se.
