We are looking for a competent and responsible full-time employee who can work both in a team and independently, where customer contact is also an important part of the job. We believe that an appropriate background for you would be some form of higher education in program development and computer technology.

Your role will involve development and quality work related to Noventus' standard software, Epix, as well as customer-specific assignments. You will work under structured conditions with flexible working hours and regulated terms regarding compensation for support and overtime work. We apply hybrid work with some possibility of remote work, but the primary workplace is at our office in central Gothenburg. Noventus has a flat organization, where employees work under their own responsibility and have great opportunities to influence their work.

We offer a developing and varied job where project management, system design, programming, testing, installation, training, documentation, and support are included. Noventus' development work is carried out as projects. Depending on the size and scope of the projects, the tasks can vary.

The main development environment is Visual Studio with .NET, C#, and HTML5 with React as the primary programming languages and libraries. Experience with C++ and Microsoft SQL Server is advantageous, as work with these technologies also occurs.

Noventus has been developing software for more than 40 years, delivering everything from standard solutions to customised systems. Today we mainly develop business and warehouse systems and 3PL solutions. Our customers are in several industries, among them food, retail, industry and third-party logistics.

Noventus' office is centrally located in Gothenburg with good access to public transport. As an employee at Noventus, most of your working hours will be spent at the office. Travel may occur in connection with customer meetings, system delivery startup, and training.
